Luxury afloat has a new name

Our latest launch may just be the most sophisticated tender ever to leave Yachtwerft meyer’s Bremen shipyard. Built as the third boat for a longstanding client, the 11.6m Signature limousine has been fully customised inside and out.

In addition to an elegant, understated interior, the very demanding owner wanted a high-performance hull that could provide a completely dry ride even in rough seas. Consequently, this tender sports 2 x Volvo D6-400 inboards and can achieve a blistering 45 knots.

“For us, elegance means the perfect balance of excellent design, engineering and craftsmanship,” says Jan Meyer, CEO at yachtwerft meyer.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Our in-house design team worked in cooperation with Dölker + Voges on the interior design, where stainless steel plays a key role. Delicate stainless-steel strips raise the tempo of the exquisite dove-grey leather panelling and create a beautiful contrast with the teak. Its mirrored finish also serves to reflect the tender’s sophisticated indirect lightning. As well as luxurious seating for twelve guests, there is also a separate kitchen for preparing snacks on longer passages and a bathroom. Generous standing headroom and panoramic cabin windows create a sense of wellbeing and space.

UPHOLSTERY

The tender’s opulent seating is crafted from the finest leather supplied by a German company that also serves the high-end aviation market. Nothing here is left to chance. The leather is shaped and stitched by a master saddler who works with supercar brands, while the foam of the seat itself subtly varies to offer differing support in different areas. Highly detailed fold-down armrests offer two USB ports and automatic illumination.
